MINIMALIST FASHION – SOMETHING GREY AND SOMETHING BLUSH

Minimalist fashion has been something i’ve struggled with because I just NEED to add in something fun or edgy to my outfit! I think the only minimal fashion I’ve pulled off was a black crop and white body con skirt! Oh and my room of course 😛 which you can check out here if you haven’t already!

This outfit was actually a complete fluke as the coat was love at first sight and I have been looking for pink cigarette pants sooooooo yup! 😛

The pictures in this post were shot by this cutie, Rachael! You should definitely check out her visually satisfying blog and her instagram! Her style is off the roof! <3

The beautiful coat was a Zara pick (of course) which I just COULDN’T resist buying! It’s super comfy yet stylish structure really caught my eye! I had seen it from far (before running to snatch it) and though the material wouldn’t be too comfy but I can seriously LIVE in this coat all winter if I have to! Another thing I love about the coat was it’s boxy and minimal style!

Having the coat in my hand, I was just browsing Zara and came across this super cute pants hanging on the changing rack! Now usually I have a problem fitting into Zara bottoms (I have really broad hips) and can only seem to like the fitting of 1 in 10 and i’m so glad these were one of those ‘rare encounters’.

The blouse was a Zara pick too! The checked black/grey and blushy pattern breaks up the plain colours slightly!

Because the coat has a very structured and boxy look, this bag from Colette actually fit perfectly with the whole outfit and simple slip on flats from Rubi shoes!

I hope you enjoyed this post and have so many more outfits planned with the coat and pants! :*

Love you all sooo much! :*

So, what are you thinking?
